BOPIS is an invaluable service provided by Multicultural Tauranga that supports the community by improving access to the health and justice systems, as well as information from other agencies, through professional translation and interpreting services.

We also create freelance employment opportunities for speakers of languages other than English.

In the 2024–2025 year alone, BOPIS completed 195 interpreting jobs and 38 translation jobs, delivering a total of 699 hours of service to the community.
