There will be Indian food, a cultural presentation, music, and a demonstration of an ancient Indian martial art, Gatka.
Western Bay of Plenty Mayor Ross Paterson and Bay of Plenty MP Todd Muller have been invited to the event.
Everybody is welcome to attend the bring-a-plate, alcohol-free event. A gold-coin donation on entry is requested. See also the event poster.
