Most migrants go through certain settlement stages: the settlement curve. Experiencing the highs and lows of the settlement curve is normal, albeit not always easy to cope with.

Watch our interviews with migrants from different countries about their experiences on settling in Tauranga and how Multicultural Tauranga helped them deal with the challenges of their settlement journey.
These videos were produced by an intern from Thailand, Tanniti Wangsapan. Her full report, Migrants' acculturation experiences and Multicultural Tauranga's settlement support, is available here.
